The company was founded in 2019, and Sichuan Peize Technology Co., Ltd. was established based on Yibin Diji Auto Parts Co., Ltd which is its subsidiary corporation now， focusing on the R&D, design, manufacturing and sales of automotive parts such as Engine Intake Manifold Runner Control Motors/Valves , EGR Valves, Solenoid Valves, Air Suspension Air Compressor Pumps, Transfer Case Motors, Electronic Vacuum Pumps, Engine Variable Valve Timing Adjusters and other products. Products are usually used in high-end and luxury models as well as some performance models, including cars, sports cars, SUV, luxury sedans, luxury SUV, trucks, off-road vehicles and pickups, etc. Covered brands/models include Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Land Rover, Cadillac, Dodge, Chevrolet, GMC, Ford, Volkswagen, Porsche, Jaguar, Lincoln, Lexus, Maybach, Maserati, Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Mazda, Hyundai, Kia, etc.

In 2021, it incorporated a R&D center which focusing on electronic and electronic control design and R&D through strategic cooperation, and obtained ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016 Quality Management System Certification. As of December 2021, 16 national utility model patents had been authorized. In April 2022, obtained the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management Assessment Certification. In February 2021 and February 2022, it obtained the CE Machinery Directive certification certificate and the CE Low Voltage Directive certification certificate respectively, since then company's products entered the EU market. Obtained Environmental Management System Certification in May 2022. Obtained the High-Tech Enterprise Certificate in November 2022. In 2023, the company enhanced the functionality of the inspection laboratory and upgraded experimental equipment, added new injection molding production lines, machining production lines, tooling and fixture departments, as well as a technical center. The company adopted a lean production approach and invited professional trainers from specialized enterprises to provide training to employees, aiming to comprehensively enhance their overall quality and professional skills.
